Role purposeThe Europe & Middle East Team supports the growth of Alpha by working through a network of 23 National Alpha Offices, key partner organisations, denominational leaders, and volunteers, to envision, equip and empower more and better Alphas (and related ministry courses) to bring about the re-evangelisation of the nations and the transformation of society.

The 23 European offices are individually supported by the London-based team, while the development in the Middle East is primarily managed by the Regional Alpha Office in Egypt, so communication is directed through the Egypt NAO.

The job role will report to the Head of Europe & Middle East department; with whom s/he will work most closely. Their main responsibilities are to coordinate activity of the Europe & Middle East team, to build relationships with the national offices, assist with maintaining communication with the priority countries and project manage any EME events.
Key Responsibilities• Be the lead project manager on key HTB events in the UK with international representation.
• Maximising opportunity for building relationships in the region, particularly with priority countries
• Be the first point of contact for our Europe & Middle East offices and regional teams
• Facilitating our quarterly Europe call and helping to coordinate Europe Newsletter
• Working with Alpha Global to rollout the leadership development resource and work with the young leaders from priority countries.
• Being the point of contact for the CRM Database.
• Work closely with the regional office in the Middle East and Alpha Lebanon coordinator
• Organising meetings with Europe and Middle East guests that visit HTB
• Manage regional calendar of events
• Assisting head of department with strategy documents
• Coordinating Middle East team meetings and assisting the head of department.
• Project management of EME events in London such as the Leadership conference and Run Alpha.
• Work with Alpha Youth Development Manager on rolling out the strategy to help offices in developing the youth coordinators and youth and student strategy.
• Oversee budget and financial reporting in EME region, track accounts

• Has a passion for Alpha
• Confidence and maturity to deal with people at many different levels
• Demonstrated experience at co-ordinating and organising a team
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong command of Microsoft office packages including word, excel and power point
• Flexible, proactive and strong sense of initiative
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy schedule
