Role purposeThe Digital Project Manager will be responsible for project management across Alpha International globally initially with a focus on mobile apps and Salesforce CRM integration.
This includes managing and analysing the development, scope, rollout and maintenance of projects and working closely with our external development agency.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage full lifecycle making sure that Agile / Waterfall project methodologies are used to deliver key projects on time and within budget
- Write project briefs, both technical and non-technical outlining project approach
- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the business, and around the world to gather requirements for projects as per the digital strategy, and ensure that these are planned, designed and briefed in advance of time so ensure that no development hours are lost
- Responsibility for final QA and sign-off for all deployments to UAT environments, and production sites

Forming the first point of contact for National Alpha Offices:
- Communicating with global offices to drive engagement
- Providing first line support where necessary
- Managing digital rollout and translation
- Liaising with external providers and vendors to deliver digital projects.

DescriptionEssential Skills, knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Alpha
- At least 2 years’ experience of digital project management
- In depth knowledge and experience of working on web based IT projects and systems. Capacity to initiate and manage several projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Ability to work rapidly, consistently and proactively to a high standard of performance to deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of Agile / Waterfall methodology
- Comfortable with frequent change which may occur in a creative environment
- Working flexibly and collaboratively with team members to deliver shared goals
- Capable of quickly learning new programmes and web skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Confidence and maturity to deal with people at different levels, both internally and externally
- Self starter
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to grasp business requirements and deliver a technical solution to them

- High attention to detail

Desirable skills knowledge and experience:
- Working knowledge of salesforce integration
- Demonstrable experience of project managing iOS and Android App projects
- Experience of working globally, across time zones, with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Have used JIRA, Trello or equivalent project management application
